How do I empty it?
Open the hinged lid and empty the hair into the trash. Close the lid and you're ready to roll again.
Do I need refills?
No, there are no refills. The two fabric strips are part of the roller. There are no sticky sheets, cartridges or batteries to buy.
When will it arrive?
Usually 5–12 days after you order, to street addresses in the lower 48 states and DC. Shipping is tracked and free. You get a tracking email as soon as the number is created, sometimes a little before the carrier picks the parcel up. We cover US import duties.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 30 days after delivery, if the roller is unused and has all its parts. You don't need to send it back. If it arrives damaged, wrong, incomplete or faulty, email support@roomkins.com with your order number, and a photo if it helps. Once we confirm it, we'll replace it or refund you.
