These terms apply to your use of roomkins.com and to purchases from it.

Using the store

Use the store lawfully and give accurate information. Do not misuse the site, bypass its security, copy protected content without permission, or interfere with another person's use.

Products and prices

The product page explains the item and selected option. Screens can display colors differently. The product page shows the price and availability for the option you choose.

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Any sales tax we collect and any shipping charge will be shown before you pay. Roomkins will cover import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges as explained in our Shipping Policy. You can review the order and its total before paying.

Orders and payment

Please check your item, option, address, and total before placing an order. Payment options are shown at checkout.

If we cannot fulfill an order because of a stock, payment, delivery, or other lawful problem, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or change the agreed price without your agreement. If we cancel an order, we will promptly refund the amount paid for the canceled items and any related charges due.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains delivery and delay handling. Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund or get help with a problem, including eligible refunds without sending the item back. Please read them before buying.

Product use

Follow the product instructions. Stop using an item if it is damaged or unsafe, and contact us about a fault.

Do not reuse Roomkins branding, original writing, images, or other protected content without permission from the rights holder, except where the law permits it.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact us if you have an order concern; we will work with you to resolve it.
