What's in the box

Shipping and arrival

Tracked shipping is free to street addresses in the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. Estimated arrival: usually 5–12 days after you order, and that includes our processing time. You get a tracking email as soon as the tracking number is created, which can be a little before the carrier has the parcel. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or military addresses.

Refunds

Changed your mind? You have 30 days after delivery to ask for a refund on an unused roller with all its parts, and there's nothing to send back. If your roller arrives damaged, wrong, incomplete or faulty, email support@roomkins.com with your order number, and a photo if it helps. Once we confirm it, we'll replace it or refund you, and again nothing goes back in the mail.

A white plastic (ABS) body with two red or blue polyester fabric strips and a gray divider between them. The hinged lid opens onto the chamber where the hair collects, and the handle has a round hole for hanging. About 5.7 oz (161 g).

Questions before you buy

How do I empty it?

Open the hinged lid and empty the hair into the trash. Close the lid and you're ready to roll again.
Do I need refills?

No, there are no refills. The two fabric strips are part of the roller. There are no sticky sheets, cartridges or batteries to buy.
What can I use it on?

Fabric around the house: couches, carpets, clothes, beds and pet beds.
Which colors and packs are there?

Red or blue, in packs of one, two or three. Every roller in a pack is the same color. One roller is $24.99, two are $39.99 and three are $49.99 ($16.66 each).
Is a brush included?

No, it's just the roller. To empty it, open the lid over the trash.
When will it arrive?

Usually 5–12 days after you order, to street addresses in the lower 48 states and DC. Shipping is tracked and free. You get a tracking email as soon as the number is created, sometimes a little before the carrier picks the parcel up. We cover US import duties.
Can I get a refund?
